I have a main Street equipment liquid propane deep fryer model number 541FF40L the problem I'm having is that once I light it it'll stay lit only for a few minutes and then it will go out. This is 90,000 BTU unit I just bought it and have not had a chance to use it. The grease is still fresh it's a very bad problem to have. Especially at lunch time.
I am using a 100LP
I called the company on the manual, the give me a number to call Clark. I call Clark they gave me a number to call Ready kitchen warranty. 1-717-381-4844 and I get a message to leave a email to
help@readykitchenwarranty
I did this so now I am waiting on them to get back to me. I also sent them a link to this video.

I fixed at least two hundred of these. Goo factories. Yours is nice and clean. I hated working on fryers.

We actually have a Main Street and it’s doing the same thing - changed the hi limit and kept shutting off. Temp kept getting in the 430f range / we replaced the thermostat and it’s still doing it lol.

I had exactly the same problem in our food van. Over temperature cut off. And it would go off between 11.30am and 12.30. I was tearing my hair out. G'day from oz 🇦🇺

Your equipment was brand new, is there a defect with the high limit switch ?

My gas frier simile\ like rhis is not ignition,not on what may be thr causr pleasr???? Suggest me pls.

It sound like if it's not igniting it could be your gas valve it's not opening up to let the gas flow through

I buy new one same brand but 50 lb I can’t light the pilot I put for 2 minute no turn on no gas. We smile gas but not on. How I do for fix please help

The best thing to do is to hold the switch in like turn it to pilot. Push it in light it and hold it for about 20 seconds until I get nice and read and then let it go. Be sure that the thermostat temperature knob is to off. If the flame stays lit at the pilot make sure that you turn the knob from pilot to on. Then you can turn the temperature up and it should light . Be careful when you lighten that pilot that the temperature thermostat is off.
