Non-stop power throughout the song. So many awesome tracks from Deep Purple across their collection. Perfect Strangers in 1984 was the first time I got to see them in concert. Go Sharks, even in the tough years!

Love the old Deep Purple - my brother got me into them back in the mid 70's. Their album "In Rock" is killer from beginning to end and well worth a listen. "Hard Lovin' Man" is a lesser known track, but an absolute banger.

Good reaction. Great band. Check out Flight of The Rat. Off the Deep Purple in Rock album. You will hear some great drumming and keyboarding in this one.

If you want to see what these guys can do watch the live version of Child in time 1970 a real masterpiece. A protest song about the horros of war. For more fun, Space truckin’, Lazy, Speed king, Hiway star love it all

Good reaction, Fireball may be the first real speed metal song with all the trappings of this genre. If you want anything from this album, listen to Strange Kind of Woman, only the live version - from Maid In Japan or live Copenhagen 1972.

No doubt, _Machine Head_ is a great album! But, if that's all the Deep Purple you've listened to, you are missing out, my friend. I'll link a couple of others below. Ian Paice, the drummer, is criminally overlooked, in my opinion. He is the only remaining original member of Deep Purple that has not left at some point.
