I love the small size of the tubes and your finished cannolis! I have tubes but they are much longer. I think these smaller tubes would be better. I can't seem to find them on amazon. If you have a link or their dimensions I would be thrilled!!

Ciao Denise ! Est ce que le "strutto" est obligatoire ? Par quoi on peut le remplacer ?

Pour faire des Cannoli, le strutto est essentiel car il a des caractéristiques et une saveur différente par rapport aux autres graisses (si vous ne voulez vraiment pas utiliser la seule graisse similaire, cela peut être de la margarine végétale, mais en termes de goût, cela ne donne pas le même résultat) 😊

Li proverò. Sono un ingorda di cannoli siciliani e nemmeno in una nota scuola d pasticceria ti insegnano la ricetta perfetta, col guscio che sbriciola... Questi hanno l aspetto perfetto e bollicioso
