Very good. Also appreciate your build up. Marathons are serious business. It's not well publicised but something like 25% of people getting injured, usually long term types of injury, by not respecting the distance and going in under prepared.

I’ll be running the half again! Should be running somewhere between the 3:00 - 3:10 pace group since the full and half run together for most of the race.
