This is why you shouldn't worry about one particular bad workout like you had a few weeks ago. You killed it out there. The workouts are more about creating stimulus rather than hitting certain times.

I'm new to running this race was the first HM I have completed I was aiming for sub 2. Ended at 2:00:39 the atmosphere there was incredible so supportive. Great job on your run-
