It's the diastasis recti HIIT workout. I have just finished level 1 but I am unsure which one of your videos is the second level to this?

This is probably not recommended for people with symphysis problems, right? I am still struggling and don't want to make it worse.

It depends on the severity; I’m assuming you are struggling with SPD? Are you pregnant or postpartum? Regardless, I would stick to lower impact workouts and stretching/mobility work to help resolve the issue before doing a workout like this one.
