Rumors, rumors, and even more rumors. That is what’s circulating in the fighting game community.
Recently, Udon Comics unveiled their Street Fighter World Warriors: Arcade Edition Encyclopedia, a collection of detailed profiles and art from the talented writers and artists at Udon.
Featured on the cover of this encyclopedia is a portion of the female cast in Street Fighter 5. What’s so interesting about this particular cover are the two characters that were excluded from Street Fighter 5 and its updated version, Street Fighter 5 Champion Edition: Elena and Rose.
Considering that this Encyclopedia’s reveal comes nearly two weeks after the announcement of Street Fighter 5 Season 5, could Elena and Rose be two of the five characters featured in Season 5?

if Rose, Rolento, Oro, Elena and C.Viper the actually last 5 characters. I will feel irritated I dont hate those 5 it's just they gave us an obvious clue and all that excitement dont matter anymore

I'd love to see her and the other two forgotten characters from the cancelled Capcom All Stars. It's an awful fate those three had to suffer. They deserve a place in the series.

I think the guy who leaked season 4, are saying that these are indeed the 5 new chars.

Although I never liked the SF Udon comics due to how they completely made some characters OOC and not respecting the real relationships they have in the game (like Mika and Zangief being enemies instead of her being his number one fan or them over exaggerating Makoto's personality and making her a real over-the-top angry girl and unreasonable) I find this rumor interesting, let's see if it's gonna be real. And well, at least Udon did admit that their comics are their own canon and it has nothing to do with the games. It's basically fan fiction in the form of comic.

I've definitely seen more criticism like that than praise, but I know what you mean. I've been reading the comics for years and enjoy what they've presented (from a casual point of view). I love seeing the different characters interact the most.

@@roscodantethefightinggamen7939 That was the reason why I was interested in reading them at first. But after seeing how they completely ignore the real personalities of the characters and not at least respecting the already canon relationships for some of the characters I immediately stopped reading. Even more when I saw how they portrayed Morrigan from Darkstalkers as a completely evil character when in the games she's an anti-heroine. In the comics they made her have twisted views on humanity that completely contradicts her videogame counterpart. Also in the comics she's an enemy and a threat to Felicia and Chun Li while in the crossover games they are actually very good friends. All of this was enough to realize that all that Udon does is non-canon and it's just fanfiction.

A notorious leaker already leaked the 5 characters Oro, Rolento, Rose, C. Viper and Elena are the 5 characters coming to DLC and those 5 characters just so happen to be in Street Fighter V tarot card pack.

Rose and Elena already been known to be two of 5 DLC's along with C. Viper, Rolento and Oro they been spoiled I understand Rose, C. Viper and Elena coming since they involve in V story but Elena and Rolento not nobody ask for them replace them with Makoto and Dudley.
