I thought about "present" Noun: Tense which refers to actions at the moment of saying. Noun 2: A gift or something that is given voluntarily. Verb: To show something to someone. Adjective: Refering to something that is visible or that it can be felt. E.g. Present is before future but after past. I bought a present for my mother's birthday. Tomorrow I have to present my essay. My grandma has passed away, but she's still present.

Names are proper nouns: Anna, London, Main Street, Mr. Smith, etc. A little tip for seeing if a word is a noun is to try adding an adjective before it. Adjectives are describing words. The ones I am using here are: tasty, long and great. I like tasty food. That was a long walk. It is a great day. Let's look at the word "bar." The manger will bar anyone bar the bar employees if they enter from under the bar. First use of "bar" is a verb - WILL BAR ("Will is the modal verb acting as an auxiliary verb and "bar" here is the main verb.) Second use for "bar" sees it used as a preposition, - BAR the bar employees Third usage of "bar" sees it used as a noun modifier - BAR employees Fourth use sees the word "bar" being used as a noun - under the BAR.

Lastly, the shoemaker put the last shoe on his last, determined to make a repair that would last. Threw in an adverb for good measure. It's a little ironic that the first thing a cobbler might need is a last...
