As an Indonesian, I'm just trying to make it clear that Sumba is not part of Bali, it's even, in fact, 2 provinces away from Bali. It's in Nusa Tenggara Timur (East) Bali is only an Island as a whole province out of 34 in Indonesia And there's still the west Nusa Tenggara between Sumba and Bali

as an indonesian, lemme tell u the fried mash potato. it's called perkedel and it's really one of the best food in indonesia. eat it with rice and rendang and garlic cracker (the shape is curly and the colour is white). my goodness. and while u in bali, eat some bumbu bali with rice. it's a must. it's like boiled eggs and then u fried them with oil so the surface has this crunchy texture and red marinara. man i wish u made a vlog about indonesian street food even tho bali is not the best place for it. come to the main island (java island) most population in indonesia is over there so u will find a lot more delicious street food than in bali.

6:35 They dipped spring rolls into sambal which is chili paste. Generally sambal use bird eyes chili that is way hotter than jalapeno / cayenne pepper but slightly lower than habanero / scotch bonnet. Must be very hot for Nick that have low spices tolerance.
