The duo of Manny and Nick is one of my favorite at this point. Nick is this professional chef type beat who knows everything about food and describes it perfectly. And Manny is the one who eats it as is like yum and then tries the next dish. Plus the abuse of Manny is lowkey funny

From what I've gathered the staff at these fancy hotels tend to be more or less normal people, it's the clientele that I've heard that you need to be worried about at "high-class" places. (I imagine it's because the staff are well-aware that they're selling a illusion, while the ultra-rich legitimately do seem to live in their own world.)

I think it’s cool that mere plebs like us get the chance to see stuff like this because of nick, because in any other situation we would never be able to even dream of walking into a hotel like his and even make it to the check-in counter without being told to get our broke booties out.
