Not running related, but staying up to date with your videos have really helped me stay on track. Had a hard move and breakup. This past February I started rock climbing (remembered doing it when I was little and decided to wing it) and it's really helped me get out of the house (I still don't really know anyone here after over two years). It's also helped me stay active and have began weightlifting to supplement my training. Come July of this year I weighed in at my all time heaviest (really let myself go after the break up, etc). Began adding in daily walks and caloric restriction and am now down 15 pounds! So, anyway, thanks for being a training buddy!

These videos are amazing and have been a huge inspiration for me!!. I used to be quite a keen runner and boxer, until my cousin passed in 2021. She was my best friend and i really didnt deal with it great, and baso stopped doing pretty much anything, including any exercise. 2 years later i was in the worse shape of my life and still not dealing with it properly. But i was watching the vlogs every week. The vids and charity work you were doing motivate me to fix up, i am now a month away from running around 90km for charity to raise money for the hospital that looked after my cousin before she passed. I did steal your donation=distance idea aha, but im doing £100=1km, so far ive raised around £8,500, hoping for the full £10,000 but predicting i can raise a few hundred more. Anyway, vids have been a huge inspo, genuinly havent missed one. Now just praying i can survive the full 90km. Im sure youll smash the LA to San Diego run when it happens, and hope your Dad recovers quickly

Never realized how important electrolytes were until I started adding them to my pre-run, for those of us who don't hit our nutrition maybe as hard as we should it's a great boost pre-run and really helps me feel energized all the way throughout. Usually when i go for longer than 10k I'll bring some electrolytes with me as well to help replenish as it feels like to "goes out" after those first 7 miles. Please Please Please give them a chance if you still feel fatigued or tired when running even after months of training - that feeling is not what running is!!! (the lmnt free pack is nice - always get freebies when you can, but like any brand will do, just get whatever is cheapest for you!) Good luck out there choochies
