I am all for speaking proper English, but to be fair the word "conversating" should replace conversing as a derivation because it naturally flows with the word conversation. They are the same word except for the 2 letters at the end. Conversing does not sound correct.

If the vehicle is titled with Person 1 'AND' Person 2, then it would require both parties signature to transfer the title, or sell the vehicle. When it says 'OR' instead of 'AND' between the names, it means that either party can transfer or sell the vehicle, with just their signature alone. In this case, it was 'OR" on the title, so he was legally able to transfer the title to just his name. It was a sneaky, rotten thing to do, and may be morally wrong, but it is totally legal.
