The best kind of lesson, a guy who knows what he is talking about and does it nice and calmly and clearly spoken. Thanks so much.

I have myself a 1993 Chevy G20 conversion van that I really want to do this with.

This is similar to my 1st r/c buggy. It had a traction pack (7.2v nicad), a 6v receiver/servo pack, Ignition (on -off switch), a controller (mechanical speed control) with optional Bec (dc-dc converter of sorts). The charging equipment was obviously not on board though.

Brilliant!. The physical layout of the component parts would be a great idea.

im about to build an ebike its the same basic concepts, also, i have been into rc for a while, and seeing brush-less motors paired up with lipo cells taught me this is the future. i love my internal combustion engines and that concept has served as well for a long time now, but its exciting to see an evolution in mechanical technology move towards electricity. its only going to get better, better motors, better batteries, more efficient solar panels, more efficient electronics. i dont buy into the global warming political stuff, but i believe in the tech and fuel burning engines are so complex, and while they are reliable there are so many moving parts, literally, that failure is immanent. kind of reminds me of a modern led tv that is 1 inch thick with no moving parts, versus a rear projection dlp from not that long ago. those tv's had so many physically moving parts that could fail and they of course did and the tech didnt last, except in some projectors still on the market

Traction pack? You mean battery?
@ev4u2 жыл бұрын
The traction pack is a battery pack used to power the electric motor(s) of a battery electric vehicle.
@tsmatthx22 жыл бұрын
@@ev4u what does the word traction mean? When I see the word traction I think tires getting traction...or anything grabbing and not getting loose...
@marcbee12342 жыл бұрын
@@ev4u The term traction pack is confusing to regular folks that only know it as a battery pack, otherwise a very educational video.

The young flashy guys lack the wisdom that requires to transmit knowledge. I wonder what kind of video will be made in 2050s and 60s when our current young content creators will grow gray hair.
