I’m so proud of you 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 After losing over 7 stones/ 100lbs in 5 months I realized When it comes to weight-loss so many people want quick results so they easily give up. When you gained all that weight, it didn't happen over night . its the same when losing your weight. Never give up. Stick to your goal and Be Patient with yourself 🔥🔥🔥

I have a pair of shorts 20 years old size 14 m&s and a newer pair from there and if you put the new pair lying flat against the old pair there is a one inch difference at the waist, with the newer ones being that much bigger. Lots of stores trying to make us feel better about our waistlines.

Thanks for letting me know. I’ve heard about this vanity sizing. I think as long as i feel happy in my own skin then I’ll ignore labels in clothes. It messes with peoples heads. X
