I’ll definitely film the log cabin break again & i’ll try & save the live as well. I have a video from Christmas 2014 of the first log cabin break we did. Just have a search through the archive hun. @@DonnaDyble I suppose it's more about how to keep focused. I always start off well maybe for the first 2 to 3 weeks then it goes horribly wrong and I beat myself up! I'm hoping you've not been affected by the latest restrictions announced. Xx

👍yes for the log cabin. Won’t be able to watch live but might catch up. Can’t believe your last log cabin was 6 years ago. Love your vlogs remembering your boat journey and nyc plus the wedding etc. Etc. Plus your money saving stuff. 👍

Donna u look amazing but more importantly seem happier and even more confident in yourself. Keep up the good work. I called target in SlimmingWorld last December near enough to the top of a healthy weight bmi for my height after trying to achieve the impossible of a much lower weight target but more restricted food wise and have more or less maintained all year, no big pile on during lockdown and then struggle to lose, just being consistent. My fitness has also improved with more walking and swimming which I did more for headspace and fitness purposes than to lose weight.

How much is the plan I can’t find any information how much it actually it is ? You look absolutely amazing. I’m really considering joining.

The plan is dependent on what step you coming on and that is dependent on your height weight and medical conditions. As a guide though it works out at around £2.50 per product/meal. If you want to know more please get in touch with me on my mobile number (07858) 728795

Thank you Pindy. I have been on a around 5 or 6 dog walks with a friend & her dog throughout the whole of my journey so not really done much exercise. You really don’t have to but obviously if you can do a little it’s beneficial for toning & really good for mental health too. Xxx

as its a low calorie diet, how would that work for someone like myself in a moderately physical job? i'm on my feet all day doing over 15,000 steps and moving heavy items etc

It works really well for active people. We have 6 steps & discuss which will work best for each individual person. We wouldn’t automatically put you on a total diet replacement step. A step including some products & some conventional food may work better. You can always contact me or just pop your postcode into the One2one website to find a local consultant to chat to about what will work best for you. Xxx
