Hi guys, cool battle report! Dragons and Balrogs are 2 of the most epic monsters in the game! Just want to highlight that you are playing shooting incorrectly. The passage you flashed on screen does actually also confirm this. It says “This is represented by making the Shoot value of a model that has moved 1 point worse for the rest of the turn. Thus, a model with a Shoot value of 4+ that has moved will instead require a 5+ to hit their target that turn”. The rules for shooting and moving are on page 36 of main rule book (latest edition). It states “A model a can move and shoot as long as it has not moved further than half its Move allowance in the preceding Move phase”. Then on page 39 is the passage outlined above regarding the additional penalty for shooting and moving (bearing in mind that if a model has moved any more than half it’s movement, it cannot shoot at all). I hope that makes sense! I’m not trying to be picky in any way... but just want to see these epic battle reports be even more epic! Thanks for the content! Can’t wait to see more dwarves on the channel!

Jake was using only one dice with the iron guard, they actually get 2 attacks and he did not even use their ability to throw axes. Jake also messed up the strength of the dwarven longbow, the rangers defence and the iron guards strength. He should consider reading the profiles twice before you actually play the game.😅😉 Other than that I liked the battle report. Continue with the battle reports, love them!👍

Dominic is correct. You may well have changed the outcome if the dwarves had been used to their full advantage. I like the production changes you guys have made. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the fun video, it was cool to see this narrative style game to reclaim Moria! You seem to have only gotten part of the moving and shooting rules. There is a move penalty if you have moved at all in the move phase, this is clarified on page 36 under "moving and shooting" a few pages before the paragraph that you showed on screen. It also gets a bit more complicated depending on what the ranged weapon is, as described on page 88 of the rule book where it details the different ranged weapons. Bows can move half and shoot, crossbows can't move at all and shoot, throwing weapons can move full and shoot. Either way there is always a +1 penalty to shoo value if you move at all, other than rotating the model in the same spot I'm only saying to try and help you guys, these rules are big and sometimes a bit unclear. I'm really enjoying the content and the new studio, please keep up the great energy and creative battles!

This was great to watch , loved it. I agree, the priorities , + the goblin archers being badass's and taking one for the team slowing down the Dragon (as well as that wound rule on the dragon) made the game swing in the Gobbo's favour. Also i read in the comments about the 2 attacks of the Iron Guards , and the Str of the Dwarven Bows, but mistakes happen. Actually Ive never played a game of WHF ever (i think) , that we didnt forget some rule , whether it be Orc and Gobbo animosity , or 2 handed attacks go last ( still salty about that last one) ....... I lost a Horned One Skaven Deamon to a Dragon Ogre Hero, on the charge, with a 2 hander ....... my opponent was my older brothers friend who wouldnt want to lose to me the Kid brother of his Friend (i was 13) so he just rammed through combat before i could do anything. He knew the rules inside and out , it wasnt a oversite. Other wise he was toast. He was the type to Use Chaos , and then have the 'homerule' of Fight to the death , and from Deamons to Dragon Ogres , when you have enough turns you can eventually chew up everything in a Goblin (mine) Empire (my Brother) or Skaven (his cousin) , and he never lost a game ..... funny that.

Fun to watch. So many rules that its no wonder a few errors were made. Still fun to watch. I am curious about priority. It seems brutal to die roll et instead of taking turns as a series of bad rolls on such an unpactful step can swing a game
