Pelvic Floor or Kegel Exercise (or Ti Gang Exercise from Chinese Medicine) is a type of exercise that strengthens the pelvic floor muscles.
The benefits of this exercise for men are to improve urinary incontinence, dribble after urination, erectile dysfunction, and premature ejaculation.

finally a video by a man and which actually explains what those muscles are. showing the drawn muscles really didn't tell me which ones to contract, but this video helped! some other videos even showed very different exercises with different muscles. they made no sense at all

Thanks Alex. "Holding 3 seconds", I suppose after the exhal, when the diaphragm is in dome shape position or it does not matter when to start the contratction? Many Thanks

I know I’m not perfect I have some habits I got used to,I got some problems of erectile dysfunction which made me so weak and confused but thank God that the medication I got from Dr Ogie got me cured just as he promised Thank you sir🙏🙏 🙏

how many times will I do it a day? I have over active problem... how many litters drink I water a day?? what should I do remove this problem... I hope you will answer me.

Hello Repon, you can do 2-3 times a day. Regarding how many water to drink per day, Chinese Medicine does not have a set number. Everyone should be different. For example an adult that is 200 pounds and an adult who is 130 pounds should be different. So that really depends on your body type. Maybe you can go consult an acupuncturist or herbalist in person.

LOL, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!
