When I was a kid I’d sometimes spend the night with my cousin. My aunt and uncle would leave out hydrogen peroxide and some baking soda to brush our teeth with. It was kind of funky but it worked.

You can do it to if you practice. Go cross-eyed, then look left and back to cross-eyed. Your right eye will stay in the same spot as your left eye moves.

@@thinkofsomethin3176 that's an old wives tale, thankfully. While it may temporarily cause fatigue in your eye muscles, it will not make them weaker in the long term or cause eye problems. Just like using any muscle you usually don't, using your eye muscles in unusual ways will fatigue the muscles, but make them stronger in the long term.

If you're brought up in America it seems you're lead to believe American English is the correct pronunciation so, good on you for correcting the mistake of the Educational System! Too be fair (speaking as a Welsh girl) the English language is all a bunch of stolen words from other countries anyway. XD

@@kuroiphox989 this is true! About the words from other languages. I love learning about the history of words and languages, almost like a linguist or etymologist I guess? So I enjoy learning these things. As an American, I do love pronouncing some words that other English speaking countries pronounce them, like Canada or the UK for example lol I think it's great. Almost like Dylan would probably. I don't think there's a right way to pronounce anything or spell anything, but growing older and noticing these things, has been entertaining for me lol 😇 Welsh is cool too! At one point, I've tried to comfortably pronounce that town name known to be the longest, but alas, it's still pretty difficult to just read off the bat. It's easier hearing it over and over but without hearing the correct way, it's hard to read the spelling, especially if you're not accustomed to reading Welsh.

@@MattFromHawaii Oh no, I think pronunciation is fairly dependent on what you prefer, honestly. So long as the other person your talking to, understands what it is you're referring to! Though I will say, British pronunciation of "Aluminium" is correct lol. Welsh is, not as bad to learn honestly. The pronunciation is a bit tricky but you can get it down then you're good. Llanfair PG is difficult, cause it's stupidly long but there is a song on KZfaq breaking down how to speak it. Believe it or not, I may be Welsh but it took me a while to learn it too. 🤣

Lol well I guess people can adopt other country's accent, as I've had a friend from New Zealand loose her accent after spending years living in the US. But she also is bilingual as well, which is interesting cause when we speak in Japanese, it sounds 'normal'? Idk. But this happens a lot I feel when a lot of my other friends who have different accents speak in another language where it sounds different. But I guess those type of inflections wouldn't translate at all or need to. But it's interesting to think about.

Peroxide has a LOT of uses.

Kills bacteria and any other gunk that your body shouldn't have. It's also good for wound cleansing. Even bad cyctic acne (hubby has it awful and cleared it up quick) So it doesn't surprise me he talked about cleaning teeth with it.
