I imagine the only reason this wasnt with Connor and Chris is because it might have been filmed while they were out of the country XD Not saying that Joey isn't allowed to make videos with other people or that he can't do the same shtick Connor does, but this feels like the perfect thing to collab with Connor on all things considered.Just my guess.

@@edward658 I’m Canadian Chinese, but I am nowhere near fluent in Chinese. It’s cool seeing these 3 guys who are very fluent in Japanese and English. We know Joey is, but the other guys have all the Japanese mannerisms but speak English with no accent

This is a phenomenon that is mostly present in English-speaking countries. Here in Germany for example pretty much everyone is at least bilingual because they obviously know German and also enough English to hold a conversation. And also, if you go to a german high school, you usually need to learn a third language (usually French, Latin or Spanish) for at least 4 Years. And since we have many people who have their roots in other countries like Turkey or Poland for example, there are quite a lot of people who are even trilingual. I was actually kinda shocked when I first learned that Americans usually don't learn another language since I thought "English is a must, but since that's given, they can pick up a second language early on"

I honestly feel like speaking in a different language once you're really immersed in it kind of "channels" your thoughts in a structure enforced by that language, as I feel quite different when I speak Japanese, and every bilingual person I know has a significantly different personality in their other languages

You can't go into eating durian expecting a fruit, it's very different from the typical refreshing, water rich fruits. It's similar to avocados where it's creamy and very high in fat, but it's sweet and slightly bitter depending on the variety

We sell some of these sodas in our asian store too. Melon pan cider tasted like burnt sugar to me, wouldn't try again. And besides melon pan and curry pan ciders, there's also anko/red bean pan cider as well, tho I don't dare to try it yet as even the most delicous sounding melon pan cider wasn't my thing. Coworker said that durian soda had that funny durian smell, but tasted good. Also they didn't have it on the video, but there's also wasabi ramune, but it was pretty neat, regarding other weird ramune drinks I tried like Kimchi (which was still not bad) yakisoba and french fries (they were bad enough, couldn't even swallow one gulp). My favorite ramune drinks so far were momiji manjyu, yogurt, otaru blue cave and hata original one.

The Zunko character one is actually a Vocaloid that was first designed as a Voiceroid to help teach children English. The other Voiceroid turned Vocaloid is Yuzuki Yukari.

It's interesting to me as I'm reading the subtitles, when there's a joke in there somewhere, even though I can't understand the Japanese, based on when the others laugh, I know where the punchline is. Sometimes it's way before I get to it and more often it's a bit after. Just a thought I kept having, and it really wanna makes me learn a new language so I could have the experience of videos like these in a whole different way.

Lol when joey started to combine the sodas it reminded me of the final battle of season 1 in Overlord where Ainz just spams a string of various before the battle, and also kinda like a full blown anime Henshin w/ how the soda mx changed colors as you added more sodas to it.

面白い。やっぱ日本人KZfaqrとenergyが違う！めちゃくちゃ分かりやすい。っていうか普通の日本語じゃなくて『ハーフ専用日本語』って感じ。日本人の格闘武術KZfaqrと同じ感じかな？w もっとこう言うの見たい！

I've tried the wasabi ginger ale. I thought it was good. A Japanese grocery store in Texas had it, along with the green tea cola and possibly the durian.
