This Drive-thru fast food restaurant has been serving delicious yakisoba and gyoza to customers in their cars for decades! If you watched the previous video about the gyoza dumplings, this is one of the restaurants that use them.

U know in my country when u still kid ppl often eating instan ramen without boiling them. Just squeeze the ramen inside the packaging then pour the seasoning and call it a day

長岡インターチェンジを降りて5分くらいの場所にあるんで時間があれば寄って食べるけど、焼きそばとミートソースがクセになって、ソフトクリームで〆ると幸せになる

well, the difference is, the workers there are not teenagers. They know what quality means. Not that we shouldn’t use teenagers, Of course. And of course, Japan loves to put efforts and time to make the best out of what they have. Their food is great!

Yakisoba (jap. 焼きそば, „smażony makaron”) - danie kuchni japońskiej, wywodzące się od chińskiego chow mein. Chociaż makaron soba jest wytwarzany z mąki gryczanej, w yakisobie stosuje się makaron w stylu chińskim (chuuka soba) wytwarzany z mąki pszennej. Zwykle jest aromatyzowany przyprawą podobną do sosu Worcestershire. Danie po raz pierwszy pojawiło się na stoiskach z jedzeniem w Japonii około lat trzydziestych XX wieku. Ciekawostka z polskiej Wikipedii. Pozdrawiam.

What if you don't want to close your window, lol? Just wondering if that wasn't translated quite right? It's always amazes me how different cultures get hold of a dish and change it to local tastes. I mean the Italian's have pasta because Marco Polo brought noodles back Oriental parts, that's the story anyway. So it's great that these people in Japan are using Italian influenced ideas for the sauce they serve with noodles, kind of full circle.
