I live in Far Rockaway since I was born, and for almost 16 years. I love it and hate it at the same time. I love it how I grew up in here, and the friends and people I met. But crime gave it a bad reputation, and not many people talk about this underrated town.

I love Far Rockaway, too. It's a special place. It feels like an island. I wish that people would appreciate it more and take care of it because it is such a unique town.

I grow up in far Rockaway I grew up wild and free doing what I wanted staying up all night watching for food fair to get there milk and bagels so we had a early breakfast

Sounds fun. I grew up similar to that. Always out breaking night from 13 years old. We would ride the trains back and forth all over the boroughs when it was too cold to be out in the streets. Then get breakfast at twin donuts and then go home to sleep and not go to school.

I've never lived there. Only went to the beach. I'm from the bronx. I'm sure you don't know the name of every single building in the bronx. Get over yourself.
