This is a Great Dumbbell only workout for ANY fitness level, beginners or Advanced for both men and Women can be done at home or outdoors!! Its a Follow along from Warm up to 2 different workouts which will take about 30mins.

(i use 2 x 22.5kg DB)
part 1: 12mins emom
3 power cleans, 3thrusters,3 ff Burpees over DB
Part 2: Tabata style: 40s work, 20s
Goblet Sq
DB Skiers
Push ups
DB snatches
Single arm OH lunges
Rest 1 Min and Repeat

obi i just started following and watching your workouts recently but what i love most about your videos is that you actually do them rep for rep, not just telling your viewers to bust out the workout without doing it yourself.

I have always been the guy, in the gym, pushing and pulling the heaviest weight I can (with proper form, of course). I have never mixed it up. No cardio, no CrossFit, no tabata. Thanks to Obi, I am now, challenging my body to reach new heights.

OMG did this today. Started off at 12kg DB, that EMOM was brutal, but the Tabata was soul crushing. Loved it. ❤

I just finished this...at this very moment. I used 15lb dumbbells the whole way thru and I LOVED EVERY MOMENT OF THIS! Thank you!

This follow along workout is brilliant, I do it in my garden, I would only swap out the skiers which seem a bit dangerous for the back. Then I finish off with cardio. Absolutely brilliant and all you need is a set of 7.5/10kg dumbells.

Dude! I been following you for a few years now! You always seem to amaze a person. This workout is legit! I will be honest I was dead after the 1st programme. Dropped some BCAAS and on I went with your 2nd programme. Legit stuff, functional strength!

I do this workout 2-3 times a week. It’s my warmup/cardio before I lift. I’ve been at it a couple of months and it’s still a beast

This exercises nearly killed me , for a long time I hadn’t have intense workout ! I sweated a lot and couldn’t keep up the pace, Well thank you ! I forgot how good it is the to do so !!!!
