If you listen to the conversation Chad had when Lori called him, the day the kid’s bodies were found, he says they’re searching the yard. The way he says it is very hesitant & he took off in his truck as the FBI dug up the spot where one of the children was buried. He knew EXACTLY where the kids were buried!

When a grownup compares himself to a child character... I always thought Lori was going to throw Chad under the bus but Chad turned out to be a bigger jerk than her if possible.

I saw footage of the back garden graves of Tylee and JJ. I have no doubt that Chad, a gravedigger, dug and arranged those. JJ's body was wrapped in thick plastic and covered in wrapping tape. Above this was earth, a large timber strip, 3 heavy rocks and more earth. On top was a wide strip of new grass. That is not something a layman would know to do, to prevent the scent of decomposition from reaching the surface. Chad tried to drive away from his home as soon as he saw the rocks and timber being removed. He and Alex worked together on that, probably with Lori's permission.

It takes a special kind of psycho to dismember a human body.

His kids obviously have not seen the texts and emails they obviously show their father is guilty. If I was Tammys family I would be pissed at the kids! If they have seen the evidence and still think he is innocent then I have no sympathy for them Zero.

Chads kids are adults and not in the way of their relationship so they weren't deemed "dark".. Lori's kids were not grown and with a special needs child as JJ was, Chad didn't want the kids around in their relationship to interfere..anyone who got in the way was eliminated..

His neighbour walked along Chads fence every morning. The flames was high as houses. The neigbour died sudeenly after this. Also Lori third husband died after Lori talked about she wanted to kill Joe Ryan. Chad Daybell had a list of thousands of names of people deemed as zombies. Tenk of thousands of people was on that list.

yes tylee knew too much but she also was a source of income to lori UNTIL HER 18TH birthday which was going to happen soon.so she had 2 major strikjes against her. she was an angelic girl,protector of jj and probably the one source of love that jj could depend on.

I get that Chad's kids dont want to lose another parent and that it is so much easier for them to just keep believing in him but these text messages dont lie and he was cheating on his wife for months before she was killed and NOTHING at all in his life ads up to the story he is trying to feed his kids. Just like the lady said on here..... Fess up and give these familys the closure they deserve ..... he and Lori caused nothing but pain and destruction anywhere they went and I am so sick and tired of her insanity claim she knew exactly what she was doing and she knows exactly what she is doing now and she is so used to her beauty getting her free passes in life and its time to call her exactly what she is and that is a calculated cold blooded murderer. when i hear the word goddes i imagine an exalted being full of love and light. when men use the word goddess they mean a porn star,youngish ,worldly standard of beauty. just saying.

Chad killed those kids and chopped Tylee up and burned her.

Chad has zero defense. All of the murders were carefully planned while their victims were still alive. He can claim he didn’t physically kill the kids, but his actions are tantamount to murder because he knew they were going to die, justified their deaths by calling them zombies and had talks with Lori about death percentages on their victims while they were still alive, and allowed their bodies to be transported to his property on two different dates. The day before Tylee was killed, Chad searched up ‘SSW wind direction’ because he was worried which way the wind would blow as he didn’t want the smell of a burning body heading in the direction of his neighbor. That alone shows pre-meditation. Chad may claim he was framed and was indeed burying a raccoon in the early morning hours before Alex arrived to his property, and that he buried it in a different pet cemetery. However, Chad sent a text to Tammy 14 minutes after Alex left his property saying, he “burned all of the limb debris by the fire pit” & “shot a big raccoon along the fence which he now buried in the pet cemetery that morning.” Then 3 minutes later, he tells Tammy “he’s going to go shower now.” Tylee’s body was dismembered, burned, buried in the pet cemetery that very same morning. This same pet cemetery is the only one near a fire pit and a fence. He may claim he did all of that after Alex left but he can’t complete that within 14 minutes and he should’ve noticed a recently disturbed ground and fire pit.

Reasons Chad is involved: Lori has Charles killed and Chad the next day is calling Crematorium with fake name, Lori lies to police on video tape and audio about kids and relationship with Chad, Chad is taped by police talking to Melanie Gibb lying about kids whereabouts, Chads total silence about where the kids are and not answering media questions... The very fact that Chads iPhone tracking puts him in line with the bodies being buried, Why would anyone else put the remains on Chads property with neighbors watching, the Raccoon call to Tammy is inline with timeline of children missing, the very fact that Chad has not pointed his lawyer to where the Raccoon is buried is damning and dead Raccoon never found by FBI..

Chad said he was trapped in his marriage, most of us bite the bullet and file for divorce at that point. Do you think lust and greed drove him or did he ever believe in this "Church of the Firstborn"?

For Chad's defense to appear even fractionally credible in a claim that he was framed in part by Lori, he'd have to divorce her first. I think it's more basic than Tylee being a witness to murder. I think Lori wanted to be free of anyone who would be an obstacle to her new life, love, and freedom.

Those cases should NEVER have been joined - that was ridiculous! They should absolutely be severed. However, I also believe that Lori's 'playing' insane ...if she keeps playing the system, she will never be found competent. How is it that a woman who is totally insane can carefully plan her finances (Social Security for the kids, big life insurance policies that would benefit her later, renting and moving to multiple places, arranging for multiple trips abroad managing the future rentals, etc.coordinate all her lies to multiple various people and most of all, go through multiple psychiatric evaluations and pass them with flying colors and be found competent) and coordinate all the moving 'pieces' of her last four years or so? Just the very fact that she was wiley enough to 'pass' her competency evaluations and avoid commitment makes it very clear she could also be wiley enough to pass for 'insane.' I really think the court system and mental health system is being gamed and am sickened that she's getting away with it. This also means that she is placed in regular community mental health facilities with 'actual' mentally ill individuals she could exploit. She will have Recreational Therapy, Group Therapy, Occupational Therapy and be able to have multiple visitors in her community setting. She will have 'outings' with the group, opportunities to use exercise machines, gather all her makeup needs, color her hair if desired, and when not in groups, have opportunities to use the internet, phone, read whatever is desired. Her life is velvet now compared to what it would be in prison. Somebody should take some action to stop the 'sham' of her mental health insanity defense. Come on!!
