Ms janet is it possible to make jicama muffins? or jicama pancakes? instead of almond flour or coco flour is it possible to use boiled jicama as flour t make muffins or pancakes?

I have not tried using jicama as a flour substitute. Jicama contains a lot of natural water so it would most likely need to be dehydrated before grinding it into a flour consistency.
