A GRACE FILLED LIFE A grace filled life is one of acceptance with gratitude to the point of never having to express with words your degree of gratefulness. Our children know who they are and you to will know them by their fruits, or as we have told this one channeling this message we all know them by their SMILE. Something Moving Inside Loving Everywhere Why do we call IT “something”? This is a great mystery anything given a name or title is putting conditions or limitations upon that thing which would not make it a mystery but does allow for a deeper understanding of who one is, so we will call it something as it is a mystery to us as well as to which “thing” you all “some” time create. SMILE thru IT all beloved sparks of light for it is in one’s smile that lights the way for one’s eye to see clearly for truly if one is authentically smiling on the outside they are loving themselves on the inside. In this way you will continue the flow of love in which you came here to experience yourself as first, for it has been said before we love bc he first loved us. Love yourselves first and you will know yourselves HERE as you are known NOW in “heaven”, where’s heaven? Heaven or that which heaven represents “peace on earth” is brought to earth through the human beings heart with every compassionate thought, action and word. The human being with the intention of heaven on earth will bring about “heaven” on earth. Powerful is the one that innerstands this teaching. You all are literally bringing heaven to earth with every authentic loving smile! Keep SMILING and remember who you are, you are LOVE!!! -The Dude

When I was a kid, I swam every day. A friend of my dad's was a paratrooper and he taught me how they used to expand their lungs to be able to hold their breath longer. I was undefeated in the 'who-can-stay-underwater-longest' game. good stuff

@raulyanez190
@raulyanez190 3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for taking your time to reply. I am a bit confused about the last breath of a set as Whim says breath out and then hold it, by then I am out of breath, but if i keep a bit of air in my lungs I can stay breathless for 90 seconds the longest.
@marvelageofcomics2998
@marvelageofcomics2998 3 жыл бұрын
@@raulyanez190 I am not talking about holding my breath after breathing all the air out of my lungs. I am talking about doing deep breathing exercises and lung expanding exercises just before taking a max inhale and holding it. Doing this repeatedly will increase your lung capacity and thus you ability to hold a deep inhale breath for longer and longer periods of time.

@@TAKEADEEPBREATH you mentioned remaking this video, did you ever do this? For me it’s the most perfect of all your videos, because 1) it’s slower and more gentle, 2) the number of breaths and retention times increase each round, and 3) the music, which I love, also the extra music at the end to relax is great. If it just had a couple more round it would be perfect, but don’t change anything else.

Bit of a late reply (2 years later lol) but in case you are still wondering… yes there is a good place for exactly what you are asking. Search “Eckhart Tolle” and watch any of his video teachings, doesn’t matter where you start. He explains thoughts, worry, and how to deal with them. And so much more. I've been doing whm for two years with breaks now back to it everyday for over two months, but I find it so difficult to stop breathe for longer than 1.30 my longest WAS 2.30 last year, this time the longest was 2 minutes only once though, how weird...? Am I breathing wrong or just my lungs are so small? I wonder. I have all the benefits anyway, but I truly wonder if my lungs capacity is just so limited? Maybe more breaths? Has anyone else been struggling with retention?
