Okay, this is brilliant as burger bombs but I'm already racing ahead to using both parts in different ways - the meat mixture, which sounds absolutely delish, wrapped up in low carb tortillas and air fried - and - the dough as a pie crust of sorts, with a bit of sweetener, different spices, and fruit filling! (in my case, apple, but I'm low carb as opposed to keto). Thanks Janet! You come up with the most unique stuff out there for us to have a play with! Hope your family enjoyed them too!
