It is super simple and one of my go-to sandwiches. I’ll guide you through steps while showing you some of my favorite techniques. Easy Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Pesto
3 oz of Fresh Basil
2 oz of Fresh Spinach
1 Lemon (Zest and Juice)
3 Cloves of Garlic
1/4 C of Pepita’s or Nuts of Your Choice
1/4 -1/2 C of Neutral Oil (Vegetable, Canola)
Salt and Pepper
Sandwich
1 Loaf of Sourdough or Bread of Your Choice
1 C Smoked Cheddar
1 C Gruyere Cheese or Cheese of Your Choice
2-3 oz of Fresh Pesto
2 TBL Brown Butter
1 TBL Cold Butter
Little Bit of Vegetable Oil
Salt and Pepper
