Full of pumpkin spice flavor and perfect for Fall! This easy pumpkin spice cake starts with a boxed mix, has just 3 main ingredients, and you bake it in a 13x9-inch pan so it's grab and go! You'll never stress about what to bring to potlucks and office parties again!

Ingredients:
▢15.25 oz spice cake mix
▢15 oz pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling
▢3 eggs
▢2 tablespoons bourbon, optional
▢1/4 teaspoon ground cloves, optional
▢2 cups cream cheese frosting, or topping of choice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Put all the ingredients except the frosting in a large bowl.
Stir together with a large spoon until smooth.
Spoon into a 13x9-inch pan that has been buttered or sprayed with baking spray.
Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool and top with the cream cheese frosting or your favorite topping.

Cream cheese, lemon juice and powdered sugar for the frosting. Whip it up with an electric mixer. So delicious!

Thank you for this recipe, for making it with a spoon instead of mixer and for making it so easy looking. Fear of failure keeps me from trying usually. I love your home it looks early American which I love and the little image of the lady with baked goods when I pull up your site she's on the right hand side it's so cute

Looks very good and easy. What do you think if I added diced apples to that mixture? Do you think I would have to add and liquid because of the apples or not?
