Two of the largest fleets imaginable go head-to-head, as the Covenant from Halo take on the Galactic Republic from Star Wars.
The fleet that protected High Charity was, according to Cortana at least, the largest anyone has ever seen. Today, that fleet is going against the fleet fielded by the Republic during the Space Battle of Coruscant. Covenant vs Republic. Coruscant vs High Charity. Star Wars vs Halo. Who Will Win? High Charity was the Holy City of the Covenant, and was protected by the largest covenant fleet in history. This fleet, and High Charity itself, first appeared in Halo 2. The fleet is greatly dwindled after the Covenant Schism, and High Charity itself is destroyed in Halo 3 after a flood infection. It was actually many fleets which protected the city, together they may also be known as the Second Fleet of Homogeneous Clarity.
The Coruscant Defense Fleet was one of the largest massed forces during the Clone Wars. The Fleet was made up of smaller battleclusters, including the Open Circle Fleet.
I did grapple with both Covenant and Republic Fleet Size issues here, let me know what you thought!

One thing that was failed to be mentioned with the Second Fleet of Homogeneous Clarity was that it had two CSO-class Supercarriers.

covenant ships have HELLA shileds. those starfighters would be utterly useless.

You did add in several types of fighter craft for the Republic, but decided to give the covenant only seraphs while they would also field Banshees and Phantom gunboats. You also left out the CSO supercarrier for the Covenant, which would quite dominantly be present in the defence force of High charity.

Covenant tech is extremely powerful. Although it was just a cinematic trailer, the shields of a super carrier withstood a nuclear blast from the inside (before finally failing due to the ship itself being destroyed). I don't think the Republic would stand a chance in a Ship to ship fight either. Troop battles would be a different story.

Apparently, in Halo canon, from a book called Halo Warfleet, which I found in a scholastic fair, for the the number of ships in the 'complement' section on the page for High Charity, it simply had, "Numbers beyond counting".

Covenant side also had space banshees, phantoms, spirits, perhaps even liches and vampires for fighter to fighter combat too. Just sayin'.

In halo reach, you see that banshees and phantoms can go into space, so i think that a cruiser or someother ship has ships other than seriphs.

Do all of the UNSC and Covenant vs all of the Rebel Alliance and the Empire, please. The Empire gets the Death Star. If you can't find how many ships are on each side then just use their biggest fleets. Thanks if you do this.

Missed the two CSO supercarriers known to be in the Second Fleet. Also, there was good reason why fighters weren't as heavily used in Halo as opposed to Star Wars, it wasn't just a stylistic choice. Covenant point defense was incredibly accurate, able to pick off missiles only a few meters in length and moving at sublight speeds with a horrifying degree of accuracy - UNSC Archer missiles usually lost about half to three quarters of their number in transit unless launched in overwhelming numbers. V-Wings and other unshielded fighters would be getting picked off with single shots from Covenant pulse lasers in the same way that Rebellion era fighters got chewed up by Lancer class frigates - just at distances of kilometers out rather than typical Star Wars knife fighting ranges.
