Hi dr kristie just found you, and you gorlt a new sub. im a male looking for kegel to tighten up your pelvic floor muscles. But most of all, it's explained how to do it properly. im not sure if it's the muscle between my bum hole and scrotum. Sorry about the wording . Any help i bet you could explain it to my level of understanding. im sure ladies could benefit this, too. I'm sure. But I will look more on your blogs mightof missed it . Thank you for your support 🙏

Not possible to follow because you show one leg and then switch, so one needs to pause if you want to stretch left and right
