Great tip! I remember Gaultier even flicking his head a little bit backwards (to his left shoulder) when hitting the backhand volley just to have the body/shoulders nicely squared with the side wall.

That’s interesting! I will have a look at some of his matches to see if I can spot it. However he has always been extremely well balance and solid in his stances.
