Wow, I absolutely love your channel! I love how you show each home.I love modern style homes, but I live in Mississippi, and there are no modern styles here. I decided to just build a modern style, and these videos have given me great ideas. You always name each setup, brands and technique names for each install and look. It’s a lot cheaper here, so the estimate so far hasn’t even amounted to the homes you show. Incredible job, and I love your cameraman. Lol You guys make a great team.

I love it when a developer has to work around interesting constraints like lot size and the fact that, in this case, they couldn’t build up above the street level. All those open areas downstairs and the plentiful sky lights really made up for that fact that half the house is essentially underground. Still, not sure the view is worth the incredible mark up-like that’s maybe a $6m house in the Valley and you’d have a better yard-but it is a nice house. I’d love to see what they did next door!

I love the limestone details and the furniture in that house. But I also think Mikey and Jason did a great job in filming your tour. The display details give me the feeling if I was right in the room and I can see everything I want to see. The camera movements are very calm and that gives me the time to enjoy the scene.
