Brilliant, the only clip to be found on servicing the front hub. The tool involved doesn’t look that complicated, I’ll make it myself and replace the bearing. Thanks for making this video😊👍🏻

I use the socket 11mm to pushing the tube Recommend socket OD=16-17mm / ID and Length are depend on each socket brand you choose.

Hi Megear Bike Shop, I have problem getting the correct bearings for my DT240s front non-disc hub, its exactly same as the one in your video. I bought 6903 but its wrong size. Can you kindly share the correct sizes for front and rear also? Thanks. (Singapore)

The correct bearing is 6803.

Were the original bearings stainless steel? Did you replace them with stainless steel ones?

The main point in this clip video is to show you how to removing and installing cartridge bearing technique. A new bearing replacement or not is up to your make a decition. Anyway in this clip vdo I'am not replace a new one

I use Enduro tool for hub service 1. Bearing extractor see this www.endurobearings.com/products/tools/blind-hole-set/ 2. Bearing press see this www.endurobearings.com/products/tools/brt-005/

@@megearbikeshopd.i.y.2883 looks like you used some kind of socket to press the bearing out, not a sliding hammer tool. Am I correct?

@@45graham45 Yes you're correct, there are many tools all around you. it depend how you adapt those tools to remove the bearing out and it is become your techniques finally.
