I suffered through a lot of childhood trauma. From family members and intense school bullying. Certain shows were an escape from the chaos and pain for me. Little House was one of them and continues to be even to this day as an adult who still struggles with some of those traumas that I have not completely dealt with. It was and still is a magical show. There will never ever be anything like it again. It came at the perfect time to have an impact on generations. I had just turned 5 when the 'Last Farewell' aired. I remember sitting there glued to the tv taking it all in. Even at that age I felt all of the emotions that were encompassed in that finale. I'm so glad to have the blu-ray versions of the show and will always have those memories and those shows to watch. I so wish I was able to attend the event in March, but hope to one day be able to visit.

I can't describe how grateful I am for all of you - Little house just keeps on giving! I would not be surprised if LHOP saved lives! ❤

It was my safe place, too, for many years. I was lonely and bullied, and it really filled a huge space in my heart and time and life. I wrote fanfiction before it was really a thing and played Little House with my sister. Cindy down the street was our real-life Nellie.

I had the pleasure of having breakfast with Dean last Friday 2/16.

I love little house I have autism it provides an escape for awhile from my anxiety.

kimberly amen sister i am phsycially disabled arthritus etc and i have had people say to me why do u have that hanicapped placard u dont look hanicapped and constant pain i have so when people start me me i bark back of them none of ur business none of ur concern i once go so anyoyed and said i have it cause im sicotic and off my med so dont start scared the shit outta them they drove off as fast as possible
