I watched this on my OLED TV, it was like looking through a fishbowl. Not good at all, but when I watched it on my Quest VR, it was outstanding!! UPDATE: I was using my Apple TV and for some reason it will not allow me to view it properly, but when I used the KZfaq app on my TV, I was able to move around 360 just fine.

I got a workout moving around in my chair looking at the waterfalls. I did have to stand up to watch. My daughter is determined she will have a Kodiak 100. She loves your plane.

I just watched this video using my VR headset. Totally bad ass to be outside of the airplane flying over everything. Sitting next to you is a real treat. If you do this again, is it possible to move the camera a little closer to the yolk and just a little bit more up to your eye level so I can see what you see when you look over the Cowell?

Wow! The 360 camera view is another world when viewed in the VR headset. It's like sitting alongside you in the cockpit! Love the 360 outside view also as you can see so much more of the surroundings, especially on take-off and landing. I admit that I'm subscribed to a lot of aviation channels but this is one of the first I've personally seen providing a full 360 experience from the 360 cameras. I can't imagine how I can go back to pancake mode after this. Love all of your videos and hope that you're able to provide more 360 videos going forward. Love it.

The 360 degree content is great for this type of flights. I missed some technical details when I wasn't looking at you, but the scenery was unbelievable. Now I just regret I haven't bought a VR headset yet.

The 360 camera is neat, and it's nice to look around and be able to zoom in on things. That said, I would use it now and then, but not for every video.

The 360 cameras are really interesting although I think the resolution isn't quite as good as a "normal" video. Thanks for another glimpse into the daily life of a true bush pilot!! I hope you finally dried out :)

I love the 360 views, and it is great if I am using my VR headset, but for most videos I think I would prefer the regular, narrated views. I'd love to see some ASMR-style 360 videos of different areas of PNG, just using the outside camera, and occasional 360 cockpit videos, perhaps on the shorter flights.

I like the 360 cameras. The inside camera lets you look out the passenger window and the exterior gives a view of both sides and rear of the flight path allowing you to see the terrain you're flying over.

I liked the 360º cameras. It was nice to be able to look at the waterfalls when you pointed them out by changing the direction of the view. There is definitely more of a fish eye effect, however. I will watch your videos no mater which way you video it. By the way, that was an absolutely beautiful flight! Thanks for taking us along. 🙏

Interesting hearing about your choices in the event of engine failure. From watching you fly I couldn't help but wonder what you could do in case of emergency. It shows what a brave man you are and I hope the people you serve, and would not be able to live this wonderful lifestyle without you, understand what you are laying on the line for them and no one else. As a fellow pilot (rotary air ambulance ) I’ve just started watching your videos and today, I just happened to move my tv remote control up button and the screen changed !!! Then I realised I could view the 360 effect! 😂 So cool. I’d love to do this in my job. I’ll have to try. You have a great job out there and nice to see such safe flying and yet such breathtaking views. Fly safe. 👍

At first I wasn’t sure what the difference was with the 360 camera. Just kept getting weird camera angles and then realised I could manipulate where the view was looking. Wow was my first response. This type of video is a great use for it. Brilliant.
