Video idea: apparently, in a remote section of Akihabara station platform 5, there is an area that is full of milk related drinks, most from small dairies in Hokkaido.

Wow, I walked past there yesterday and didn't even look at those vending machines..... now I'm going to have to go back again and buy half of the drinks on offer! Japan is an amazing place, I'm having a wonderful time here 😄😄😄😄

Erin Uber , Hi, Yes this place is stunning and crazy and delicious all at the same time. I'm going back to Shinjuku Tokyo Hands tomorrow so I've collected a stack of 100 yen coins to feed the vending machines and carry off a stack of the drinks the boys reviewed. I love the milk tea and grape soda and peach tea so far...😊😊

Finally a video about vending machines in Japan who explain and show a full range what's in a vending machine, that was really interesting to see what you can choose from. I would go for the soup, specially corn soup, I had some instant-powder-one from a brand in Japan I can't remember but it was sooo delicious *^* thanks for that episode, I like the longer versions with more detail and explaining ^^

Also one of my absolute favorite Japan moments was with a vending machine. My buddy and I were in Kyoto and it was miserable weather, we were walking all day, I had to skip breakfast I was so tired and crabby.. and then he presses this warm thing against my face and it was a warm canned Georgia coffee from a nearby machine and it just.. made my day.

Yakult is popular in the UK and is sold in most supermarkets. I was surprised when I learned it was Japanese because it sounds like it is something that comes from Scandinavia. Satoshi, I love onions too. One of my favourite snacks is a fried onion sandwich with lots of black pepper and ketchup or HP sauce on top.

Joanne Gray Yep and it’s much cheaper in Japan too! Not £3 for 7 mini bottles! They even have different branded ones that taste just as good for very cheap. We have a supermarket video on our channel that shows this 😁

Look at all the comments guys. I'm so happy for you both and hopefully we can get even more. Being a Patreon is the best thing I every did. This vending machine video was a little different than the others and I liked it a lot. You showed all the choices and told what they are like. Everything about this one is slammin' Brothers. The Satoshi selection looked right up my alley, I do love savory. With my diabetes it's hard for me to drink sweet drinks but if they had one with strawberries I would have to get it. In college I lived sometimes for days off campus vending machine food while studying for some of my more difficult classes. This video makes me wish I went to school in Japan! The Japanese are masters of delicious snack food.

I think I have seen them all now, I am on a lock-down binge and avoiding the news. These guys are so adorable and sincere! I miss Craft Boss Coffee. Got it a few times from vending machines when we visited Japan. Vending machines in Japan never fail to amaze me. So many things we can get from there.

I was in Japan during Golden Week 2016, and it was unexpectedly hot! I dragged my sweaty self from vending machine to vending machine to find ‘Green Shower’, a sparkling water drink flavoured with hops. One of the most refreshing things I’ve ever tasted. Hopefully it’s still available!

Hi! That drink you said it tasted like coffee but wasn't caffeinated it's barley water. In the bottle said "cebada" which means barley in Spanish. It's a pretty common drink in the Mediterranean region as it is very refreshing (we usually have it really cold) and good for you health. Also if you don't have dairy products it is a good option for you as it's a plant-based "milk" such as almond milk. Great video as always!

I’ve been binging your videos and came across this one! As a native Washingtonian, the Mt Rainier coffee surprised me; we don’t even have that brand here and we take our coffee seriously here! Such a wonderful video, I’d love to try the peach tea, as well as the fruity herbal tea & miso soup!

Love this soooo much! I've always wondered what all the different drinks were and I'm still struggling with Japanese so I wasn't confident I'd be able to read them myself when I go next year. I assume that a lot of the things you got were hot, but it looks like you were able to handle them without burning yourselves. Should we be wary of burning ourselves when we go?

Thanks for getting the ones I especially hoped you would try, both the oshiruko-soy drink, and also the custard drink! Oh my! They both looked so great! I was just wishing I could reach through the screen, and buy the oshiruko-soy drink, too. Isn't that great? There was so much variety at those machines? Can I ask, when you were standing by the pink/purple fence, is this a train-watching location? It looks like it might be. Thanks for the fantastic video! It made my day! :-)

I have just found your channel 2 weeks ago and I am bringe watching all your videos! I LOVE THEM! I just visited Japane earlier this year and wish I had a chance to try the oshiruko soya milk! It sounds amazing!! I had a drink from 7/11 that looks similar to the pudding drink and it's called tamago purin latte by the company Moriyama and the packaging was what got me (it was a little chick!), but the drink was DELICIOUS however it was hard to find! Have you tried that drink before? Is it similar to the pudding drink you had? :)
