In today’s episode, we talk about something that so many people in this country struggle with on a daily basis. The food that we choose to eat. In the recent months we have made strides to eat better and today we share some of those changes, along with some tips that you already know you should be implementing but just can't seem to master. Don't worry, we are still working on this too. Today is all about choosing to eat healthier.

High Protein McGriddle bites
Treat yourself to guilt-free breakfast bliss with our Protein McGriddle Bites recipe. Marrying the irresistible flavors of savory sausage, melted cheddar, and sweet maple syrup in convenient, protein-packed muffin form.
Ingredients:
• 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked
• 2 cups protein pancake mix, such as Kodiak
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
HOW TO MAKE
1 Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
2 Prepare the Pancake Batter: In a mixing bowl, prepare the pancake batter according to the instructions on the package. Typically, this involves mixing the pancake mix with water until smooth. You can also add a scoop of protein powder if desired.
1 Assemble the McGriddle Bites: Add in the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese and maple syrup to bowl. Mix until combined. Spoon pancake batter into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 way up.
2 Bake in the Oven: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the McGriddle bites are golden brown and cooked through. You can test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of a muffin - it should come out clean when they’re ready.
3 Serve and Enjoy: Once baked, remove the muffin tin from the oven and allow the McGriddle bites to cool for a few minutes. Then, carefully remove them from the muffin tin and transfer them to a serving plate. Serve warm with a side of maple syrup for dipping or drizzling if desired.

Viral Cottage Cheese Wrap Recipe
This viral cottage cheese wrap is made with simple ingredients, has a soft and pliable texture and is perfect as a high protein, low carb option to use as a wrap or flatbread.
PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOK TIME: 30-35 minutes
Ingredients: 1 cup cottage cheese, (I used low fat Good Culture)¼ cup egg whites, or 1 egg½ teaspoon Italian seasoning¼ teaspoon Garlic powder¼ teaspoon Onion powder
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cottage cheese, egg whites and seasonings in a blender until smooth.
• Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper, spray with cooking spray and pour cottage cheese mixture onto the parchment.
• Spread in a thin layer and bake for 30-35 minutes or until wrap is cooked through and golden brown in spots.
• Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then remove the wrap from the parchment paper and fill with desired ingredients. Wrap it up and cut it in half. Enjoy right away.
