OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPES:
(Each recipe is 2 servings)
RED / Fat Burner
1/3 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 chopped kiwi
mash together in a bowl
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 lime's juice
mix in with the fruit, add
1/2 cup milk, mix
fill jars 3/4 the way full, refrigerate overnight.
Repeat these steps for each recipe
top with raspberries and chopped strawberries
ORANGE / Carrot Cake
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 shredded carrot
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
top with chopped bananas and chopped pecans
YELLOW / Mango Twist
1/4 cup chopped mango
1/2 banana
Mash
1 tbsp shredded coconut flakes
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
top with chopped mangoes and shredded coconut flakes
GREEN / Perfect Matcha
1/2 banana mashed
2 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
top with shredded coconut flakes and
chopped kiwi
INDIGO / Blackberry Bear
1/2 cup blackberries mashed
1/2 orange's zest
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp crystallized ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
top with blackberries
CHOCO / Peanut Butter Cup
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
top with Peanut Butter, Raspberries, and Dark Chocolate Chunks

Honeysuckle I have a really busy schedule and I have to do a lot of overtime so I'm not able to cook at all in workdays, if I prepare the oats Sunday night and through the week just add fresh fruit do you think that the oats will taste good after 3 or 4 days?

To make this Vegan: I replaced the yogurt with a mashed banana and used coconut milk instead of regular milk. I also added raisins to the Carrot Cake oats and it was AMAZING! xoxo

You can also sub the yogurt with a plant based yogurt. I used plain coconut yogurt and Almond milk.

Thank you for such refreshing and yummy ideas, I feel inspired to make these for breakfast because I never have time for breakfast since I'm running out the door but now I can make the night before, grab and go the next morning! All of my kids picked their favorite recipe. We have blackberry bear, kiwi strawberry (subbed banana for kiwi) and pb cup sitting in the fridge ready for tomorrow’s breakfast. Thank you Honeysuckle!

I used the first one as a guide but didn’t have the kiwi, used honey instead of maple syrup and almond milk instead of normal milk and no lime. At the very end when I ate them I added bananas, pecans, granola, and raisins on top. Yum, was very good :)

This sparked a lot of ideas for me! Thank you. If you want a smoother texture to prevent that chewiness, blend/grind the oats down in a blender or coffee grinder (and with the other ingredients in a blender if you want), but not too much. I prepare oatmeal this way and it comes out very smooth.

Thank you so much! This is the first time I’ve ever ever ever liked oatmeal in my entire life! I made it with strawberries and a little bit of cinnamon Put a little bit of almonds in it in the morning and it was delicious! And usually I can’t eat oatmeal because of the texture but this one I could do! Thank you so much. And it kept me full all morning till lunch!

New sub 😊 just wanted to tell you I tried the peanut butter cup and absolutely fell in love. That’s my go to and it tastes good cold. Didn’t add the chocolate because I don’t eat candy but it was still awesome. I topped it off in the morning with more peanut butter , sliced bananas and a dash of cinnamon. Thank you so much 💕

Hi - I am new to overnight oats and came up with a recipe that I really love: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup of black tea, 1/2 cup yogurt. Season with pinch of salt, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and nutmeg powder. Sweeten with 1-2 tsp of brown sugar or honey and dried fruit like cranberries or raisins. Top w/ crushed walnuts the next morning. You get a flavorful, tangy, creamy caffeinated pudding the next morning :)

It's not expensive at all......I've been eating overnight oats for years. Most of those ingredients you can get large quantities at a cheap price.

I use Blue Diamond Almond Milk with my oats. I also; some time, add Hempseed’s with my oats. Fruits; I will mix it, to get other benefits like apples or black cherries. I even tried plum-cots with. I like to be different lol!

Breakfast is not necessary. Don't feel guilty for not eating breakfast. Eat when you're hungry and then stick with protein!

So happy to come across your channel, especially about OVERNIGHT OATS! My goal this year is to really BE MORE CONSISTENT with working out everyday to stay healthy.. and along with it, I want to slowly incorporate healthier meals. I want to start with breakfast and these are really delicious, healthy ideas to start my morning than just plain oats on milk. HAHA thank you so much! I hope you can make some healthy lunch and dinner ideas with ingredients that are easy to find and to prepare! More power to your channel!

When I want hot overnight oats I just heat them in the microwave. You can make all,of these on the stove top too.
