Late in 2021 Etsy released this awesome new change - the ability to add different prices for your domestic vs. your international customers!
This is great for those of us outside of the USA who sell there, and want to be able to offer the US free shipping guarantee without massively overcharging our domestic customers.
Now, we can!
In this video I'll show you exactly how to do this in your own shop (unless you're in the US and India, where this is unfortunately not available at the time of recording).

The option to toggle between global and domestic is not there. And I'm on the list of countries where this feature should of been rolled out.

Hi Jess, happy new year , My Question is: if I live in Canada and want to sell in the USA, should I create my online store as if I lived in the USA? Thank you. I mean I feel like if I say I live in Canada, Etsy won't feature my products in the US, is that possible? I'm new to all of this thanks.

Hi!! Something I’m very confused about and am having lots of trouble finding information on…if I charge shipping on Etsy it’s my understanding that those charges will be used to pay for shipping labels with Etsy?? if we do get shipping labels with Etsy is the price if these labels purely just for the labels meaning when we take it to the post office we have to then pay again for shipping or does the shipping labels include shipping price so I can just post it without extra cost?

Hi Jess, thank you for your very informative videos. I am also in Australia and have just started a POD shop on Etsy, but as a newbie I have been struggling with pricing and shipping. I am using Printify to fulfil my orders, but as my pricing is in AUD, and I want to sell internationally, I am going crazy trying to figure out pricing and shipping costs that will make sales and also make me a small profit. There are a lot of KZfaq videos out there, and they are all fantastic, but they are directed at US sellers, so finding you has been wonderful because I'm learning so much. I know you don't sell POD, but would appreciate any help on pricing and shipping costs that you could offer. Thanks 😊

It's not there 😐 Etsy listing editing interface has recently changed. I don't know if it's because of that, but i don't see that option about domestic and international prices anywhere. And my shop is not located in the US, so i should see it, right?

Well,when I got into my listing, I don't have an option that I could change prices individually by countries. How is it possible that we all have a different setup?!

I am having an issue regarding the pricing....I'm from INDIA and I have set different prices for INDIA and ELSEWHERE in the listings...but when I open my shop it shows the same prices in every other currency. Can you please help me ?

Hi Jess, Great video 😊 I have a more specific question that maybe you can help with. I am based in Australia. I want to service the Australian market using Australian production partners only. I also want to service the US market, but using US production partners only. Finally, I want to service the UK market, but using UK production partners only. This will keep shipping costs and overall costs lower for my potential customers. Is it possible to setup my Etsy Australian store in such a way ?

Depending on your production partner, they may do this already. For example, I know some print on demand companies have local fulfilment factories in different countries.

Hi Jess, just a query, if we have to sell in US from Australia viaPOD, do we need some kind of business licence in US?

An Etsy shop name can only ever be used once.

I’m not on Etsy as a seller yet, trying to gain information. When selling to another country, how do I accommodate for different currencies? Does Etsy take care of that?

Hi! I sell digital patterns. suddenly, my listings are showing domestic and international pricing and when I put the same price in both, it says that digital listings cannot have different prices. I do not want domestic and international pricing but I do not know how to remove that and retain just one price. could you help.

Great vid! I’m selling digital products. Can I set prices internationally & domestically for them? So when people search in their country they see price in their currency? 🤔

All buyers on etsy will see prices in their currency automatically :)

I can't find the "Toggle Domestic & global pricing to on" button - it doesn't appear where it should be even though I activated free shipping for all countries under shipping profiles. Please help.

You must be outside of the USA or India for this option to appear. If you are, and it hasn't, I'd contact Etsy support.

Have you tried only putting a price in one box? Sorry to hear that, on mine there is a toggle to turn it on and off.
