Instead of a debate I'm going to give you a fact that you can do with as you like. In the Cayman Islands you have a hospital practice that performs open heart surgery for about $5000 dollars US. They also happen to be better at it than most if not all US hospitals because they do so many of them. This is the power of a free market that is not violently oppressed by regulation and "cost controls".
