I bought all 7 mag bars directly from their website. No disappointments! It's the real deal. A bit pricey. But... You pay more for anything if you want quantity. Ask yourself. Do you want a thin greasy hamburger? Or a prime cut of prime rib? You get what you pay for. Lopsided. Paint chips off after a month. Junk!! Go Mag! 🏋️‍♂️ Roll with the big dogs! @@carrickdubya4765 You're statement is false. The majority of the United States Highest rated products are produced in Chinese or Over-seas factories. The issue here is that the factories vary in regulation and quality and it depends on what the company is wanting to pay for as far as quality control. The Quality you see in American made products is thanks to Liberal-Democrat Politicians and voters who advocate for regulation control, and consumer rights. Their support for the consumer forces companies to produce High Quality, High Standard products. The regulations insure the companies don't cut corners on quality and produce the highest standard product to the consumer. Republicans, Republican politicians and Trump REMOVED CONSUMER RIGHTS, That allow companies to degrade products and cut corners, and pay their hard workers the lowest wage possible (increased poverty among blue collar workers) they REMOVED REGULATIONS that made sure companies deliver solid products. Republicans Politicians talk about bringing jobs back to Americans, but don't want to pay hard working Americans living wages. They want to give them welfare wages, they want them to produce cheap, knock-off, low quality products and pay them the lowest wage possible. Republican politicians are against high quality manufacturing products and against the American worker. Be sure to advocate for workers rights, manufacturer accountability through increased regulations and you will have high quality goods produced in America, and American workers who are big very nice wages in return for their quality production. If you want less over-seas Chinese products then Vote Democrat or call your Republican senator and demand they fight for bills that support workers rights, increased wages, and for companies to pay American people for the work they deserve.

@@cbot375 That's a big part of why I'm a Democrat. Union. I'm a retired union worker,and it's just common sense. Republicans hate the union. They can't control it . That's why they are trying so hard to wreck the post office. Fight to dismantle social security and Medicare and disability insurance for people with pre existing conditions. It's a no brainer. Union jobs pay good $ with benefits and retirement 401K. Non union pays less $ no health insurance no 401K. The $ they save by not giving you anything for your labor to make them rich ,goes in their pocket. Simple arithmetic 🤦‍♂️ 🚫😡👐

The difference between a pronation and supination grip are minimal in terms of muscle activation. What changes drastically is when the width is changed. The closer grip attachments are going to focus on the musculature all around the scaps (rhomboids, infraspinatus, teres minor, and a little lat). The wider you go in width, the less rhomboid you train and more of the lat.

That'd be a pronated grip, mediud width......which they don't have. Pretty frustrating that there's two medium grips practically the same.

Just the standard carabiner that the lat pull down machine came with. They sell quite a few of them at Lowe's or home depot. You just have to make sure it's not too thick because the holes on the attachments aren't that big

I really like the supinated close-grip and either of the medium grips. I alternate between the two every week.

@@CJMcFarland nice, thinking about getting these the only thing that kind of bothers me is the medium and large grips all come with the same grip. It would be a crazy deal if they gave variety.

Worked with them last night. The coating is great and you are able to take some of the pressure off of the fingers and apply it more to the whole hand. The medium width neutral grip seems repetitive, but each of the attachments provides a different stimulus. Seems to be a great value for what you get.

Taking your own equipment to a commercial gym? That's so freaking awesome! LOL I very rarely use regular attachments for lat pull downs any more- these are just far more superior.

As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Spend the money. Get the original mag bars. They will last a lifetime. Sure their pricey. Anything these days that's any good, usually cost more. I love mine. Built to last.

Goldencat you nailed it!! The round bar eliminates the max grip. It is just easier to weld.

I agree. I don't think the slight angle of the grip makes one better than the other. I definitely see a lot of people just selling one of them

But that little bit of angle can make a difference when your trying to target different areas of the muscle group.

The premise is that you have better mechanical advantage, due to the whole hand making contact with the bar. Doesn't work when you flip the bar

The round bar eliminates the grip advantage. Once you get over 40 it makes a real difference. The variations all give you a mechanical advantage for the specific lift you perform.
