@Jesus is NOT Religion. That is not what creatine does. Creatine is responsible for the atp response. This allows the cells to create more energy. Cells have more energy to work harder. Working harder leads to more stress on the muscles. Yes it does allow the individual to gain muscle but in this case...... In 16 weeks?? With big Traps and big shoulders? That's the work of something like anavar or Dbol.

Honestly, I was expecting so many complications due to Magnus's status but his approach is very easy to follow. Also, I'm pleasantly surprised he wasn't pushing so much fish/seafood as a protein source. Leaves the protein source up to the person.

@RV-vx9ek
@RV-vx9ek 4 жыл бұрын
@Caffeinated Critic I said mass, not muscle. But either way, actors have a certain time frame to get in shape, plus they need to cut down for 1 to 2 shirtless scenes. It's not out of the question they might use a boost, and honestly there's nothing wrong with that. There's too much of a negative stigma attached to performance enhancing drugs, it's amoral.

The biggest problem for average people isn't time. It's either motivation, bordem, and especially money. Eating this way is expensive. Having said that, actors do in weeks what regular people do in months or years because when they aren't actively filming they most likely have a ton of "free time" to utilize for all this intense preparation and sometimes multiple workouts a day. Money is the biggest barrier, but also workouts can get boring fast.

if you dehydrate yourself, your veins will be visible like that. Look at Hugh Jackman in Days of future past, in that hotel room where his veins popped up. Bodybuilders do that as well for their shows.
