Thank you ma'am. Every month my periods come in a 30 day circle but this month is delayed in 6 days...I am too worried.... This exercise + (Ginger + ajwain+ turmeric) and also healthy dishes like oats is very helpful... Finally my periods came after 6 days. I was going through the comments and saw that many people kept saying they did this and got their periods immediately. I found it hard to believe. I was supposed to get my periods yesterday and did this exercise yesterday. I got my period the next morning itself. Thank you.

I did this workout only twice and got my period between the 2nd workout. Anyone having a delayed period and are scared, you are not alone. It is all going to be okay.

These exercises actually work. I had my date on 23rd sep. I started practicing these exercises and got the result very next day. All you need to repeat them twice or thrice a day in empty stomach for quick result.

These exercises works, for me it take time, I did around 7 days of exercise but got my periods that was delayed 20 days. So don't lose patience in 2-3 days, stay motivated and keep doing....

hi my girlies! if you’re watching this everything will be fine. i am almost 3 weeks late and i had scare even though i didn’t engage in any sexual activities in my entire being thinking that i might sat on a toilet that has that thing needed to reproduce. i’ve tried ginger tea, pineapple juice, i’ve also lessen my food intake because i’m obese and i did this exercise 3 times, this morning i prayed a lot and did this exercise, around 11:40am i felt a little cramps and voila, here my period comes!

Really it's very useful.. In my case, there was a delay of two weeks, I was very much upset, but after doing this work out for 3 days, my cycle has started... Thnx vry mch... 👍👍

27 Feb 2024 :: These exercises work guys My periods were 10 days delayed, so on the 11th day(Monday) I started doing this exercise in addition to that I said no for junk food and also I added citrus things in my diet like achars with every meal, so I was continuously doing it in the evening for 5 days but even after five days when I didn't get my periods I lose hope and didn't do it on the 6th day-saturday ( was thinking to visit the doctor on monday )but to my surprise I get my periods the very next day (Sunday). I'm a person who faced harmonal problems in the past ( like ovarian cyst in both ovaries and fibro cystic breast disease- for 3 long years i was on continuous medication ) - so that's why I got emotional and panicked on Saturday that I have to revisit the doctor again and the whole cycle of medication will start again - and I don't like medicines because EATING MEDICINES makes me felt like "not a normal person" because I was on continuous medication from 2020 - Jan 2023. So a big thanks to you, THANK YOU ❤

This is what I did for my 45 days late period and pregnancy scare: Within 3 weeks, I did: Yoga, morning and before sleep Reflexology, anytime in the day I drink ginger tea, 2 times a day, before breakfast and before sleep On the spot jogging, before sleep and morning (1wk before my period) Nothing happened. I only had cramps but I think it helped stimulate. Then I came across this video I've been ignoring. I did this and drank ginger tea after, before sleeping. I did this again in the morning, 30 minutes after drinking ginger tea then around 9am, my period came. It took a lot of patience. Just don't give up girls. I thought it's my end

I am in same situation sister and got my periods too but in a yt video i saw that after inducing periods with ginger and all pregnancy can still continuing can you assure me you are safe now .. i had did a pregnancy test and it was negative too ..

I'm giving genuine feedback on this video...my periods got delayed for 13 days after doing this exercise I got periods after 1 day and before doing this exercise I ate jaggery, sesame ladoos,coconut water....but after doing this exercises I had suffered with lot s of thigh pains for 2days I can't even walk or sitt.. because of this situps and squats..the pain is horrible....

This is truly a blessing... my periods been never been delayed,but this time it got delayed by 9 days & was stressed...while scrolling found this video practiced for two days & third day morning i started doing it without hope,but the practice ended & other second i got my periods..please don't loose hope & keep practicing.Thank you for helping so many of US!!

My God 😂 really can't believe it. This is crazy and works 200% undoubtedly. My periods was delayed by 15days yesterday night I saw this video actually I was searching to do something so that I get my periods and today morning I practiced the exercise at 9am and got my periods at 12noon. Honest feedback: I've had periods for 12 years but never were they late ever. This time I was late n was worried. I had heard about pcod and all that's why. I searched for this video and tried the exercises. I did these exercises 4 times yesterday. From morning till evening. Along with that I ate jaggery, turmeric and drank amla juice too. The next morning I got up and I was very much in pain die to exercising. But at 12 noon I felt as if I was cramping n then I immediately got my periods. So I can say that I got my periods in 24 hours after doing these exercises. Please, girls. Trust this. I was also doubtful but it had helped me.

Girls, trust me this is real ! It works like a charm ! My period was delayed and did this in the evening and I got my period rushing the next morning... For on time periods, daily exercise helps a lot. It also calms down your cramps..

I don't know if this worked or what!!!!! My period was 2 weeks late....so I did this in the night before sleeping, and then after getting up the next day..and that's it....I got proper flow..!! Wow..!! Than you so much!!

I saw so many positive comments, thought it would work, but GUYS IT DID NOT!! I have a very regular cycle, got 2 days delayed, I have to go for a trip, I did it very dedicatedely, but my periods did not arrive and I have SEVERE PAIN in my thighs, for 3 days, I can't even walk nicely, not only did my periods not arrive now I've to bear this excruciating pain in my legs, sorry didn't work for me (and I work out my thighs daily, never felt this much pain)

Night before sleep I did this exercise , morning I got periods . Previous day also ate pineapple ,sesame balls ,groundnut laddu , dates , horsegram soup. This works out .Thank u.

My period date was 10th of march. I started exercise 23rd of march and Alhumdulillah got my period on 26th of march.. this exercises worked like magic. I also drink ginger tea with honey, jaggery,pineapple and papaya juice ♥️
