It works!! However I stopped eating alot of sugar for a few weeks, but I only saw changes since I started doing this workout (I've been doing it for only 3 days) I definitely recommend doing it in the morning aswell

Good exercises, but we can never target a specific area , we should do full body exercises such as cardio , hits .....with a balanced diet ( a healthy diet ) and avoid fast food , sodas , junk food ......

Every equestrian (horse rider) has thigh muscle lol same for me I'm a horse rider . I don't think this works for me lol i mostly has muscle as a horse rider 😂

Good luck to me and you,guys) I will try to update when I will be free) ❤Day 1: make exercises, but my knees hurt, and with my stretch the one of this exercises were a little difficult but bearable) (I put my hand on my knee and I felt my knee is so warm after the exercises) Results by the first day; of course no difference ❤Day 2: make exercises, when I did this it was a little easier than the first day, but my knees were red after my carpet😂😂 Results by the second day: no difference, But never give up! ❤ Day 3: I did, easier that last days Results by the third day: easier to do but no difference ❤ Day 4: easier for right left on one exercise but bearable Results by the forth day: maybe my Legs FEELING stronger ❤️Day 5: it was same as the 4 day Results by the fifth day: legs feeling stronger and better ❤️ Day 6: it was easier to do! Never give up Results by the sixth day: idk if really my legs slimmer but I’m feeling stronger ❤️ Day 7: I’m feeling really stronger and it was so easy to do with right leg Results by the seventh day: when I wore my jeans my legs in the mirror were slimmer,I really recommend this workout But the results not soon ) 🍾❤️ Guys, I made this for 2 weeks but I have seen only small results, I don’t want to take my time to this anymore, My recommendation for you amazing girls who wanna have beautiful and slim legs) The first ❤️ you’re amazing with your own legs The second ❤️ you better trying more professional program of workouts, like minimum 10 minutes workout)(I started to do workout by @growingannanas )❤️❤️ The third ❤️ is love yourselves The forth❤️ thanks for likes and support❤️

Started today 😁 1st time :- the lizard one is hella difficult but did it anyway i dit 30 time then rest of 90 secs then again 30 times and again rest then 30 times My knees were hurting Then while doing the 2nd one my legs were taking it easy then they pulmed up and now feeling easy to do the 3rd one too....🎉 The fat is evenly distributed and it seems thin now; but its just for some time after 2-4 hoirs uts same again 😅 I'll inform your again tomorrow 😊

i've been doing leg and calf exercises for years now, but from what i've noticed this is a body part which cannot be changed. stop being insecure, we love you.

It can but you can't target specific areas in your body, all these do is help tone muscle if u have a lower body fay percentage it will show more hence u have to do cardio + dieting. Ab workouts also just tone muscles so u need to have a flat stomach for your abs to be defined.. it will work just try doing some cardio and do this with a diet and even at that point if it doesn't then its genetics 😊

⚠️ ~ATTENTION~! ⚠️ So if ur going through puberty (ages 9-18 i guess) then listen to this! 1. When your going through puberty you get pubic hair,AND ITS NORMAL OKAY?! 2. You might see some changes. (Example: girls: boobs and height. Boys: chest hair and height. Also there is more) 3. Weight gain. If you notice that your gaining weight then it’s awesome! That means your growing into a young lady/gentleman 4. Acne. If you wake up in the morning you might find some acne. Remember this is also normal because its the hormones. Thats all i have to say about it! You can also search puberty up to get to know it a lil better or find a KZfaq video. That’s all though :)

In year six, I used to be very self conscious. I did lots of these workouts every day multiple times. I stopped after not a single one worked- I would cry myself to sleep every night cuz of it. guys don’t waste your time. Your perfect and don’t need to change something as small as leg fat- you only live once might aswell embrace your self image

Guys i've tried the third exercice for a few days since i saw it on another video and fr.. and dead rn you know. My knees hurts asf and i just can't do the exercice 30 reps x 3 times. I can only do it 30 times on each leg only, bc its SO HARD. But i would keep doing it until i can reach the x3 times..

If it hurt your knees don't do it and try another exercise. Knees are very delicate and if something happens to them it is very unlikely to have them again like before

Stretches are there for increasing height but please be patient as you might not get results fast, height is something hard but if you do it consistently for 1-2 months you can see a big difference!!😊

guys ima try this every morning or night for a week and see what happens measurements of thigh: 49cm/19.3in (height and weight: 5'7/170cm; 106lb/48kg) 1: ✅ sore :,) the first one is definitely weird. I did 15 on each side three times because otherwise that takes too long. still seem to feel something. 2: ✅ Okay I did one a two. I did another exercise in replacement and additional 45 minutes of walking. This is because The third one feels nowhere near effective and instead hurting my knees. I don't think getting bruised knees is worth the thigh gap. 3:✅ knees still hurt due to the first and third exercise. I replaced the third one again today. 4: 5: 6: 7: measurements:

p.s: I may not do the exercises accurately enough. I may lose track of numbers. I may do alternative exercises which are just as effective. I may walk 30 minutes or more which also gives results. my eating habits may change my results. I will try and be in a calorie deficit so they're more effective. I may or may not fast. I may eat over my deficit which can stunt results. I may do other exercises other than this one so results may vary.

những bài tập kiểu này chỉ giành Cho những bạn có khớp gối khỏe, đầu gối khỏe.. còn những bạn có khớp gối hay kêu cụp cụp Thì nên hạn chế tập kiểu này vì đây là sự trải nghiệm từ bản thân mình.. khớp gối mình không dẻo dai sau khi áp dụng những động tác này mình nhận thấy đầu gối có phần bị chấn thương và đau đớn..

Hey there, I just want to say that these weightless workouts used to slim your legs do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for you or your legs. The first exercise is a nice stretch, but nothing will really slim your legs, only cardio and eating less will lose fat
