Thank you so much for these videos. I’m not technically your target demographic, I’m 31 years old. But I’ve had so much trouble finding a workout routine that works for me. I’m at the very beginning of my fitness journey and I’ve struggled to find videos that were achievable for me and fun to follow along with. Although I am plus size, I am not hyper focused on losing weight and am much more interested in my mental health, increasing my cardiovascular fitness, and intentional movement every day. I also have a vestibular balance disorder and find a lot of exercises too difficult and exercise machines increase my symptoms. I really appreciate the positivity in your videos, the fact that you don’t center weight loss as a main focus, the commentary on mental well-being, and the consistent focus on balance improvement (which I really need to work on). I’ve followed along with your videos every day for a month and I’ve NEVER been that consistent with movement. Thank you for doing what you do. And even if I’m not yet in my 50s I’m hoping that what I’m doing now will help set me up for success in the future. ❤

Remember take it one day at a time. Everything you do will help. Think positive and try not to get discouraged. We all have good days and bad days. Shake off the bad and tomorrow will be better. Everyday day try to do a little more. You got this 🙌

I am not that same target audience but honestly her workouts are perfect for any beginner or someone needing low impact but packs a punch and she certainly does that! I have to agree exercise helps us mentally and these are perfect for that, maybe through all of these we will be fabulous when we are 50 😊 Keep moving and adding energy which will boost your mood and improve your mental health! Have fun too!

THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO.... in the last few years... I've lost so much, I got an illness, my long term partner got sick and died, I lost all my beloved cats... we were nearly homeless, lost most of our possessions and lots of money... lots of drama and stress... not just healing from recent stress, but all the previous life abuse and stress... so I prayed to God Jesus Christ Holy Ghost... and now although I am alone... I have a rental...thank you Jesus... first time in my life I haven't had a cat or pet or friends/partner... I realized we had no real friends... so now I am alone... so after a couple of years of crying daily and grieving... and trying to get over my traumas... I am starting to see why God placed me here alone... to finally care for myself... I've looked after others all my life, my mother, my father, my uncle, many many animals, other people, my partner... and now God wants me to focus on myself and heal myself... today is the first day... eating better, moving better and thinking better things and being grateful, happy and joyous, in Jesus Christs name I pray this is my new way of living... healing... thank you and amen. Blessings to all on this journey...

Dear Schellea, my husband and I first discovered your channel round about when COVID arrived on the scene . Since then, i.e. 3 years, we have worked out with you daily. Those calf raises about 14-minutes in are a nice addition! I sure FELT those! 😅 I have gone back to doing your 30-minute workouts before going to work the past few weeks, and it is making my whole work-day feel so much more manageable and less stressful. I just did the majority of this workout while hand washing my dishes. Most of the beginning exercises, I just did the leg part, because obviously my hands/arms were occupied. Even if you think you don't have time to exercise, you're wrong! You can make your body move no matter what you are doing. Thanks for making it simple and fun to keep moving!

I think the 15 min workout idea was brilliant. It started me on your program. I now do the 30 min and look forward to more of those. I'd like to see more with weights. An exercise program must be one you will actually do! That is where you shine. This is sustainable, and I'm feeling the difference in my clothes. You change lives slowly but surely, and that's what wins the race. Thanks!!

Yay a video I haven’t found before now - always good to find a ‘new’ one! Plus a bonus Buddy - always a joy to see him! Thank you so much for sharing these videos Schellea - I can’t tell you what a difference it has been making to my fitness. I do them every day and am beginning to find the 30 min ones almost easy! I struggled to do 15 mins when I started a few months ago and now I’m thinking I may have to tag on additional one at the end! 💪😀

I just started exercising again after several years. I love the pace, high energy and low impact. Sometimes I don't want weights and lunges and static squats. Sometimes I just need to move without thinking. Thank You.

I’m 62 and did two hours on the rebounder. That’s right I’m still bouncing 😁. Seriously who knew that by doing a mini bounce, I mean that your feet don’t even leave the matt, you simply concentrate on keeping your legs, abs, glutes flexed the entire time. The way this works your muscles is astonishing. Really really good stuff. This video by Schellea is perfect on the mini trampoline. My morning is off to a great start. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 thank you Schellea ❤

I m 52 and I like this workout, its a good start in the morning because its not to hart and sweaty. I have fun and feel me fit for my job! I do your workouts one year and a few months and I was proud and happy to do this very day, I need it like a cup of coffee in the morning routine. Thank you very much for your inspirations!

Thank you for this workout.... I started working out through lockdown with you and it was amazing.... lost weight, felt great. Due to personal circumstances and health issues, I did slack unfortunately but carried on stretching. I am back to working out again! 2023 I had two surgeries, hip replacement in February then bunion surgery in December. It feels SO GOOD to be working out again!! Thank you for your great videos! I will do this one, stop with 4 minutes left, switch to your 10 minute high intensity workout, then come back to this one for the final few minutes of slow down and stretch. Getting in 40-45 minutes! (I am 64 years young)

Male over 50. I have been doing aerobics for about 3 years. I was on physical therapy and taking aspirin to relieve pain in back shoulder area. Now I do 1/2 hour of aerobics everyday. I enjoy the change to 40 secs activity and 20 secs walking. I sweat a lot but mostly kept up. Thanks for great workout. I feel good.

Schellea Fowler, I have been following you been doing your workouts for over 2.5 years now… I know all of them, have done them all, even those who were really challenging (at the beginning)… I have my favorite ones which have become a moment of fun for me, some I motivate myself to start but already enjoy it within a moment. I have heard you often saying “it’s 30 minutes it will feel like 15” or similar things… but this one 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. I was surprised when we got to the water break and was balancing proudly at the end!!!! Seriously Schellea this is A M A Z I N G. This is my #1 workout of all the ones we have (probably because abs are very gentle😂🤔). The good thing about it is that you have alternatives and you can adjust it at you own pace and can burn a lot of calories if you feel like. Otherwise you just keep on moving with a big smile on you face and enjoying the music. I love this one. I would advise it to the fabulous community. And that cute little Buddy ♥️♥️♥️♥️I was just disappointed that Buddy hasn’t mastered the balance exercises yet😂😂😂. I feel like he will exercise with us soon. But I cannot imagine working out without having him around. And the toy of course 😂😂. Thank you Schellea, a big hug. Stay (and keep us) fabulous 🤗🥰😍♥️

Thank you. There is so much smoke in the air from Canada that walking outside is not possible right now. My physical therapist told me that doing aerobic exercises are more important than my PT exercises at 72. I do my PT after exercising with you!!

Schellea you just keep giving us all that we need. I haven't exercised properly all through our winter here in the UK. I'm not pleased with myself to admit it. But now the mornings are lighter, this week I thought I'd try and start properly again. I did the new stretch to warm up and then this. Feel really pleased with myself. I like the way you aren't doing long intros as I am restricted for time in the morning. Saying that, I have enjoyed your other videos for years and they are the only things that have motivated me. Male over 55: Great workout. I have worked from 2-3 days a week workout to everyday aerobics. I found this really challenging but doable. My balance has improved from awful to bad. I enjoy the mix in your workouts. I am sweating when done. Thank you for a great workout.

Thank you - I managed to keep up, sweating enough to fill a bucket, absolutely cream crackered but feeling good. I was down mentally and wondered how to pick myself up and forced myself to put on your video and i am glad I did I feel so good, you are a wonderful lady helping us - you not only help our body get into shape but you uplift the mind and spirituality too. I’m 71 still doing these work outs ever since the pandemic, I go to Pilates classes too, but our Pilates instructor doesn’t think swinging our hips are good for you, they recommend us to keep them stable to avoid long term injury to our hips. I enjoy your work outs though, thank you ❤🧡💛

Had a rough workday and knew I was going to need something to get me over the hump and I was so happy to see this new workout show up in my feed! It's always good to see the pup, the playlist was fun and the energy level was just what I needed! It's always a treat to work out with Schellea!

Great workout! I'm 60 but have had health issues for about 4 years (autoimmune) and have had to switch to workouts my body can handle. This was challenging but won't exhaust me. Thanks so much!

Hey Schellea you fab unicorn of a woman! I've been doing your workouts for over 2 years now as part of an overall health plan my GP gave me. This walking workout is one of the best yet! Loving the energy, I couldn't wipe the smile off my face the whole time 😁😂 In that 2 years (I'm now 55) my body and mind have transformed, I went on to lose 22kg and my strength is back big time! 💪🏽💪🏽Your workouts and gentle but firm advice also helped save me from a close call with hypertension. I love how you say in this vid that "You know what future you looks like because you're making it happen now" (or words to that effect). It's so true! No need to suffer like my mum and aunties did. It's so powerful challenging the old adages of menopause.Thank you from the bottom of my strong and healthy ❤🙏🏼

That was so great! I feel sweaty but not overwhelmed.. love the soundtrack too, it really helped me to keep in time. It was fun to hear the full version of your theme song too.

YOU are amazing! I'm 61 and have been doing your body workouts and stretches for 15 months now, and am increasing my cardio from 15 mins to this one. I cannot overstate the difference in my energy levels and look of my body. I do your video's almost every day! I have a sit down job that really leaves me drained. But...if I begin my day doing your workouts it helps me so darn much, THANK YOU! I recently tried Crossfit, which I loved but kept hurting my back. Realized my core REALLY needs work so....here I am! I want to get fit, get healthy and reach a healthy weight! LOVED this!! this was the first 30 min work out i've done in probably a year. been doing the 15-20 min videos when i can. too much has been happening. thank you for your approach to these moves...so much easier on the joints but still gets your heart pumping and muscles fired up!! ❤

10 ty! I work out on my lunch everyday with you! I'm 55yrs and can actually do most of your routines with jogging in between. I have rt shoulder tendinitis so any routines or stretches for that would be appreciated! Thank you so much for being such a positive force in my day! And I love Buddy too!

Thanks so much, this workout made my day. I’m dealing with a ruptured ACL and a torn MCL. My PT therapist has encouraged me to start trying different exercises, I’ve been pretty bummed about my sudden loss of activity. I picked your workout to try today, WOW! I was able to keep up and did the modifications. I’ve been so negative about my damaged knee however you referred to “tricky” knees and how to keep exercising, that’s my new mantra….in spite of my tricky knee, I can still move! I may not be able to bust out all your moves like I used to, but I sure had fun for 30 minutes working out with you! I’m so grateful!

Just found your site, I tried 30 minute walk at home, (pink top/black bottoms). Love this video. I will be 70 in May, I do other exercises on KZfaq, but It’s good to switch, different moves, and music! Thank you for putting your commercials on at the beginning instead of 5-10 min. Into exercise! Have a great 2024!
