I’m so excited you’re back. You’re recipes have always been some of my favorites. They’re nutritious, full of flavor, colorful and have lots of veggies which is always a plus for me. My husband moved to the U.S as a child (and then back to Aus, obviously 😆). I’ve always wondered how his parents managed that sort of a move with three boys. Enjoy the rest of your weekend! Xx

Hello Liana, I saw your video on breastfeeding and insuficienta glandular tissue and I think I have the same issue. I am at my second child and it is not really working out (again). Hi there, Congratulations on the birth of your second baby 😊 I’m glad you found my video if it’s potentially helped you find answers. I’d recommend that you contact a lactation consultant in your local community. It has been many years since I was diagnosed and I do not have a name for the lactation consultant. If you see a maternal and child health nurse, they may be able to help you devise a plan that works for you and your baby. Otherwise, depending on when you gave birth, you may be able to access a lactation consultant through the hospital where you birthed (assuming you had a hospital birth), or via referral from your midwife if you had a homebirth. Alternatively, there are private lactation consultant’s that you can Google and email until you find one with a specific knowledge and interest in supporting women with breast hypoplasia. I wish you all the very best.
