I've been doing this work out for a week and I see a difference in my muscle tone in my legs and arms and I've started losing centimeters on my hips. Going for week two from tomorrow. Best workout I've found so far.

leyitah2 I think so. It is a bit more mellow compared to the super high intensity ones. But a great intro for the HIIT if you are just starting out.

I ❤ this workout! I started this full body workout routine a couple weeks ago. I can definitely see changes. I also incorporate a 10 - minute HIIT workout at least x3 a week while doing this daily. I changed my diet up & my energy has increased. Thank you Danielle! 💪❤

@@smisoni8846 I noticed my tummy, arms and legs are getting more toned and I'm loving the results. As far as my diet, no strict diet just eating smaller portions and less sweets. That don't mean I don't any junk I do but not as much as I was. I also drink plenty of water and avoid sodas and juices.

Posting my progress.. Weight 75 kg. 5'3. Day 1 Completed the Warm up and half of Abs round. Day 2 Completed full Warm up 0130 min of planks Full arms work Feeling great! The sweat!!! Day 3 Complete full body workout Half of Abs Full arms Day 4 Complete full body 2 minutes of planks Full arms work Sweating!!!! Day 5 Full body 2 and a half minute planks Full arms I can see my arms blooming Feel so invigorated! Day 6 skipped! Day 7 Full body workout 0230 minutes of planks Full arms Squats Day 8 skipped Day 9 23 minutes with everything ! Weight 72.5 kg :D Day 10 full workout Struggled with the planks and leg toning. Didn't stop though Day 11 skipped! Day 12 full workout ! Day 13 skipped Day 14 skipped Day 15 skipped Day 16 full workout. Still dabbling a bit in the planks section. Day 17 skipped Day 18 full workout. Day 19 skipped Day 20 full workout 💪👌😌 Day 21 skipped Day 22 full workout

Good intense workout, one major gap that most of other online trainers have. Not clear instructions during plank. It's super annoying when you are in high stress on a floor and you can't look at the screen.

When i started to do legs i just felt the burn all over! It was so intense i loved it ❤️ her energy is AMAZING! If u think u can't do it the strenght is all in the mind! Build inside out not the opposite

How many times a week I should do this workout because I did it before yesterday and my body is still hurting me specially my lower back and my thighs and I’m much concerned about the pain I feel in back that’s why I hate cardio and do only Zumba, walking , and running unfortunately. I started this just as any other work out but i can assure you this is the best workout video un youtube. I have been doing it for almost 5-6 days twice a day and i can already see the big difference. It is totally worth it

Hey guys i will be doing this workout for 28 days! will keep you update with the progress! wish me luck :) Day 1 - I'm not sweating...i swear! i'm having a shower in sweat. Lol!! this workout is killer. It's gonna be kind of hard for the beginner. leg part killed me for sure..i felt like someone is cutting my legs out lol!!! Day 2 - 2nd day done!! first workout and last workout sets are actually burner!! (tip - try to keep a track of yourself everyday on social media..it will not let you give yourself any excuse for not doing workout today because you now you have to keep updating it!i actually experienced it today, i was about to go for sleep...but this thing occur in my mind that i forgot to do my workout today..so i started making excuse that i will do it tomorrow but i have to keep updating here so at last i finally choose to workout even after i had taken my shower! lol!so social media is kind of played a role to push my self to workout) Day 3 - 3rd day done!! Day 4 - 4th day done!!! still going hard!!! Day 5 - 5th day done!! try it guys! trust me u gonna feel so good after it! Day 8 - cuz i was too tired to the workout and got kind of busy so i rested for two days and today I'm back! done today's workout!
