After the lavish dinner at Lalimar Beach Resort, Mayor Emmanuel Limkaichong Iway of La Libertad, Negros Oriental invited all guests to the concert at the large square in the city.

The mayor had already driven there in advance and when we arrived at the festival site we were waved through to the stage by security. Mayor Iway was already waiting there and welcomed us to his table with a hospitable smile.
Here we met the mysterious young lady in black again, who I had already noticed at dinner because she was a bit out of line with society. Now everything was clear, she was on stage and was the lead singer of the band JUST MEN. One of the many bands and DJ's that were supposed to entertain us that evening.
There were many genres of music that were performed. I present some of them here.
I also briefly visited the guys from the technology department, who had set up their equipment in a good view of the stage, and then strolled through the crowds of spectators who were listening to the open-air concert.
At the end the band southbugs performed very impressively.
Afterwards I set out to explore the fair, the fair or as something like that is called here, the carnival with the rides, stalls and food stalls. But that's the next video.
