I guess it will be a good choice. The houses for rent there are on a hill in the large compound, far away from the business park. It is a gated community. It has a hotel and some restaurants within the compound. The whole place has its own electric service by there own direct connection to the power plant. It is just 5 kms to divisoria in downtown Cagayan de Oro City and less to 5 malls and other important infrastructures.
