What really does it for me is i put on my head phones open windows let some cool breeze in and just play those vintage 40's, 50's and 60's music really low and focus on the music and you'll slowly feel yourself falling deeper into sleep mode 😴

I got talking to dude who runs a site, he said to me apply and ill help you get in, so ive applied, hope i get it now i think it could ve a good thing for me 8/6 roster, decent money, not amazing money but fairly good, will follow your videos now ive stumbled upon them, thanks

You should be tired enuf after work to fall asleep.. Get ear plugs and eye coverings. Otherwise do a short intense workout.. eaiting certian types of food could release natural cannabinoids which could help u sleep. I personally get really sleep after a heavy meal. If all else fails just rub one out you'll sleep like a baby.
